Child’s Participation:
Please fill out and submit the assessment form.  Once A Child Can Do All Things has received your child’s assessment form, we will contact you regarding an evaluation date.

We welcome you to come and observe a class to see the program in action and what Conductive Education is all about.

At this time we are focusing our attention on the Spring and Summer 2011 programs.  Unfortunetly we will not be offerring any fall 2010 camps.  Sorry for this inconvenience, and we hopefully see you in the Spring.

 
An Initial Evaluation of your child is required.  The cost of this evaluation is $65.00.  Please note that before an evaluation may be scheduled, the online registration form must be submitted.

Also, we are pleased that our facility is surrounded by a medical & therapeutic community, offering a wide range of services to assist you and your needs.
